Listening in on a Conversation About Education with Dr. Bernice King, the Daughter of Martin Luther King, Jr.
I’m blessed with the opportunity to do some wonderful things in my work with Classical Academic Press as the director of ClassicalU.com. Recently, one of these was going to hear Dr. Bernice King—CEO of The King Center and Daughter of Martin Luther King, Jr.—engaged in a conversation about the current state of education in America with Dr. Kelisha Graves and Dr. Anika Prather. This was at the invitation of Dr. Prather, a co-author of The Black Intellectual Tradition: Reading Freedom in Classical Literature which is published by my employer and for which I had the honor of writing the “Publisher’s Note” at the beginning. Classical Academic Press has also shared a brief account here that I wrote about the conversation that these women had together recently.
Thanks for hosting and sharing ill have to check it out
